Didn’t really like how the photos came out but I really wanted to show this dress because it is a fun dress. I bought it at Target last month and the first time I saw it I knew it would be easy to wear. In addition you can also work this dress into a skirt by layering t-shirts or another blouse but that might be a little too editorial magazine look for you :) Regardless it is a cool dress. Evangelism makes you an asshole though. I don’t care what you’re evangelizing.
The only time I care about your dietary needs and choices is if it’s somehow my job to feed you.
If you feel the need to share these facts with me, my response is gonna range from ‘That’s nice’ to ‘Kindly shut the fuck up about it already, I am not interested and your attempts to convert me to your lifestyle are not welcome’ depending on how many times you’ve told me.
Also, trying to make everyone around you vegan a] is really classist because not everyone can afford the time and money that a vegan lifestyle requires, b] is really ethnocentric because different cultures and belief systems exist and just because yours is right for/to you doesn’t mean a single fucking thing, c] is completely ignoring that people straight-up have different dietary needs and restrictions and sometimes being veg*n is not a healthy decision (because hey, guess what, we’re omnivorous whether you like it and choose to act on it or not, and if that’s healthy for you, then great, but recognize that it isn’t for everyone), and d] just generally makes you an asshole who is trying to make other people change their lives.
Guilt-free, compassionate lifestyle? Oh right, vegans only care about animals, not about migrant workers who labor in shitty conditions for shitty pay to pick their precious vegetables. >_< Honestly, I don’t care if you’re Vegan, but don’t try to sell me that ‘ethical eating’ shit.
